DIRECTOR OF MARKETinG

Duties

  • Review profiles and reach out to potential travelers

  • Respond to incoming inquiries

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential travelers and alums

  • Oversee efficient systems to track and manage clients

  • Collect, monitor and react to post-trip feedback

  • Analyze customer sales journey and make suggestions for improvement

  • Contribute to the research, ideation and innovation, design, scouting, development, maintenance, enhancement, and communication of changes to current product and new product opportunities based on lead/client feedback

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing roles for consumer brands or travel

  • Must possess an exceptional work ethic, strong integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit

  •  Able to work well under pressure of meeting multiple deadlines, juggling multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent eye for design

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Possess zest, grit, social intelligence, graciousness, and a sense of humor

  • Has a profound love of travel
