day by day
Head out on the open road and plan to arrive in Paso Robles by 5pm. (Feel free to make the trek solo or link up with trip mates to carpool or caravan together - we'll connect you before the trip starts).
After getting settled into your hotel, we’ll head out to a local vineyard with sweeping views of the region, where we'll kick off the weekend tasting local wine and food, while getting to know your new crew.
In the evening, head back early for a good night's rest or join your new friends for a night on the town in historic Paso Robles!
Start the day with a delicious brunch at a favorite local spot!
Today we'll be visiting some vineyards for a day filled with wine tasting, gorgeous views and good vibes all around. We’ll drink our way into the evening and watch the sun set over the rolling hills of Paso Robles. You'll taste the difference between your merlots and chardonnays and learn about why California is one of the best places in the world to make wine.
If weather is on our side, we will grab some pizzas for sunset before hitting the town to explore the local bar scene.
We'll wrap up a perfect weekend soaking up some Cali sunshine.
We’ll check out and drive to Avila Beach, named one of Travel + Leisure's "Best Little Beach Towns" making it a quintessential California seaside haven and a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! Spend a few hours hiking, cycling or chillin’ by (or in) the waves. We’ll bring along some beach games and activities.
We'll grab a final lunch together and toast to an amazing weekend before heading our separate ways.
"Today's forecast: 100% chance of wine."
just for fun
There are 40,000+ acres of vineyards in Paso Robles.
At least two-thirds of Paso Robles' 200 wineries are considered "boutique" due to their limited and exclusive production of wine cases.
The most common wine varietals in the region include Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, and Grenache.
Please note, you are responsible for getting to and from Paso Robles. We will connect you with your fellow travel group beforehand so you can arrange a carpool if you'd like.
Your health and safety is our top priority and though hotels and vineyards may run slightly differently this year, we will not run the trip if we do not feel it is safe or right to do so.
