day by day
Meet at New York Penn Station by 10 a.m. and we'll catch a 2-hour train to the charming and lovely town of Hudson.
We'll kick off a fun weekend with a distillery tour that will take you through tastings at a local brewery, distillery, and vineyard.
Afterward, we'll check-in to our local accomodations and you'll have free time to explore the town or head out to enjoy a local dinner.
This morning enjoy an in-house breakfast before heading out for a breath of fresh air on the trails of the NY Catskills, where beautiful views of mountains and valleys await!
Afterward, we'll head back into town where you'll have free time to explore antique shops, stroll the town, or grab some local lunch.
This evening, save room for a delicious, local farm-to-table dinner, prepared at the house by a local chef!*
We'll spend the rest of the evening playing games, making s'mores, drinking and hanging around a bonfire.
We'll wrap up a perfect weekend and share one last breakfast at the house.
You're free to hang out in the town longer or head back to the city at your own leisure.
“Cozy + smell of pancakes - alarm clock = weekend.”

Just for Fun
A long line of artists, writers and other creatives have been inspired by Hudson's magnificent landscapes. 🎨
Hudson is known for having some of the best farm-to-table restaurants around!
Clothes: bring layers! Depending on the time of year, evenings can be cooler.
*Personal chef: please let us know beforehand if you have any allergies or food restrictions so that our personal chef on day 2 can accomodate.
Your health and safety is our top priority and whilst hotels and vineyards may run slightly differently this year, we will not run the trip if we do not feel it is safe or right to do so.
