About your role:
You’ll be working along side a small team at the early stages of a company managing two brands that will have a lasting impact on the way people explore the world and connect with one another. Your role is to grow and expand the company’s social media presence across all channels through engaging content and storytelling, including content strategy, ideation and creation. You’ll work alongside a great and supportive team, with the freedom to manage your own workflow, and grow with the company.
The Assistant Marketing Manager – Social Media is a remote, full time position with a 60 day trial period. This role is US based and needs to be available during EST hours.
Here’s what you'll be doing:

Work alongside the Marketing Team to curate, manage, and scale organic social media presence across all channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc) for FTLO Travel and Sojrn.

Responsible for all social content creation including creating Reels/Tik Toks, sourcing and editing assets, social content design (Canva/IG), caption copywriting, and content category management.

Create, update, and execute FTLO Travel and Sojrn social media content calendars.

Responsible for scheduling and posting all content onto active social media platforms: Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

Responsible for daily community management and user engagement across all social channels (i.e. responding to direct questions, comments, tags, requests, etc.) while working with the appropriate team members on customer service requests, ambassador requests, and press requests received through social media.

Responsible for daily UCG reposting and customer engagement across all social channels.

Lead on social media takeovers for FTLO and Sojrn.

Lead on paid social initiatives for all channels including content creation, implementation, audience building and tracking.

Lead on social analysis and KPI tracking as well as monthly analytic tracking documents to be delivered regularly to manager (Marketing Manager).

Stay up to date on unique social media content strategies for all active social media platforms.

Oversee all giveaways and sponsorship programs.

Assist with brand partnerships, ambassador programs, and affiliate programs.
You have:

3-5 years years of social media marketing and content creation experience.
-
Excellent eye for design and experience creating social graphics in Canva.
-
Skilled in creating Reels and Tik Tok content.
-
Strong social copywriting skills with knowledge of best practices based on platform.
-
Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail required. Experience with Asana is a plus.

Experience tracking social media KPIs and analytics with ability to translate complex data into reports to be shared with upper management.

Ability to work well under pressure of meeting multiple deadlines, juggling multiple projects and competing priorities.

B2C start-up experience a plus!
