About you: 

You’re an efficient, detail-oriented person who is happy to pitch in wherever needed and is comfortable taking on an array of projects. You’re comfortable communicating and working with a team from all over the world and happy to respond to emails at odd hours to accommodate different time zones.  

About your role: 

The Operations Intern role is a remote, seasonal position for a go-getter student or young professional looking to get a foothold in the travel industry. 

Duties:

  • Create and update pre-trip material such as itineraries, rooming lists and country-specific health & safety information

  • Research restaurants, hotels, and experiences

  • Log and organize post-trip feedback 

  • Assist the Operations team on various projects

Requirements: 

  • Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to hit deadlines while juggling multiple assignments

  • Must be entrepreneurial-minded with strong problem-solving skills

  • Must love travel and believe in the FTLO mission

  • Must be comfortable with spreadsheets and working in new systems 

  • Must be legally authorized to work and be paid in your country of residence 

 

The Operations Intern role is a remote, full-time internship (35 hours/wk, $15/hr) with the opportunity for school credit.
