FTLO Travel (For The Love Of) is a dynamic, innovative, fully remote travel company that creates exceptional travel experiences for small groups of young professionals. We are passionate about delivering life-changing travel experiences and are looking for a talented college student to join our team. This intern will assist in updating our Wix website and managing our CMS systems.

Job Title: College Student Intern - Website and CMS Coordinator
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: November - March
Job Summary
As a Website and CMS Intern, you will ensure our online platforms are up-to-date. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to make content updates to our website and ensure that media and content elements are correctly managed within our CMS systems.
Key Responsibilities
Website Updates:
-
Regularly update and maintain the content of our website, including replacing text, images, and other media elements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with our branding and marketing strategies.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving lower level technical issues related to the website
CMS Management:
-
Manage and organize media assets, including images and videos, within our CMS systems.
-
Ensure content accuracy and completeness in the CMS, including proper categorization and metadata.

Assist in implementing CMS best practices for content optimization.
Technical Skills:
-
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and Airtable to support various marketing and content management tasks or comfortable learning new tech tools.

BONUS POINTS FOR utilizing coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to make minor website enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website updates and CMS strategies with company goals.

Assist in integrating CMS systems with other software tools and platforms.
Qualifications

Current college student pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, IT, Computer Science).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Wix or similar website-building platforms.
Bonus:

Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn and expand technical abilities.

Familiarity with CMS systems and experience with media and content management.

Knowledge of HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and Airtable is a plus.
