Flexible Date Swaps
If you need to change trip dates later down the road, you can do so without penalty up to 61-days out for 2025 trips and 65-days out for 2026 trips.
Flexible Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 61 days before departure for 2025 trips or 65 days for 2026 trips – you’ll get your deposit back as travel credit for any future trip, and the rest will be refunded.

Private Room Upgrades: You will have the option to upgrade to a private room on the next screen. If the "private room" upgrade is listed as unavailable, let our team know you would like to be put on the waitlist in your booking form and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
From there, you’ll fill out a booking form with details necessary to confirm your order. You'll also be asked to confirm you have read and agreed to our terms and traveler pledge.
During this stage, choose between paying in full, our scheduled payment plan, or requesting an extended payment plan if you are booking far enough in advance.

Once you submit your booking request, our team will carefully review the details to make sure everything is complete and accurate. Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation letting you know your spot on the trip is officially secured.

Flight Greenlight & Pre-Trip Survey
Once you get the green light to book, purchase your flights based on the arrival and departure instructions. You’ll also complete a Pre-Trip Survey so we can match you with a roommate, track your travel times, and confirm your trip insurance.

Join Your Trip Group in the Hub
Join the Pre-Departure Hub to access the full itinerary, the accommodations, and be connected to the other travelers and your trip leader! The invite link will be sent to you approximately 30-days prior to the departure date.
